Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Due to the nature of skincare and beauty products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
